Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you are asking about a pattern instruction, include the pattern title, size and page or step you are working on so we can help you with the right file.

Request another language

The English PDF is available for instant download after payment. To request another language after purchase, send a private message through the store’s “Message us” chat or email yanapatternstudio@gmail.com. Please include your preferred language and order number, plus one of the following so we can identify the pattern: a product link, a product photo or a screenshot. Translations are sent to your email address at no extra charge.

Languages include German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Russian, Japanese and more.

Check your order email and spam folder. You can also use the download button on your order page. If you still cannot access your file, email us with your order details.
