Withdrawals, refunds & download support

EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the conclusion of your purchase contract, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email yanapatternstudio@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Including your order number and purchase email helps us identify your order. Downloading your PDF does not, by itself, remove your withdrawal right.

You can also sign in to your customer account, open your order and use the return or cancellation request option shown there. If you cannot access this option, you can send your withdrawal notice by email.

We will reimburse payments covered by a valid withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged reimbursement fees. No physical return is required. After withdrawing, you must stop using the digital content and making it available to others.

Missing, faulty, or incorrectly described files

If your PDF is missing, cannot be opened, is incorrect, or does not match its description, email yanapatternstudio@gmail.com. We will help resolve the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where due.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty, missing, or incorrectly described digital content. These rights may also apply outside the EEA or after the withdrawal period.

For a digital PDF purchase, identify the pattern below and enter the order date; delete “received on”.
