Terms of sale for digital PDF patterns

Seller

Yana’s Pattern Studio is operated by Nusred Ibryam. Our address, telephone number and email are provided in our legal seller and contact information.

What you are purchasing

Products are downloadable knitting or crochet patterns in PDF format, as described on each product page. You are purchasing instructions, not a finished garment or a physical item. No shipping fee applies.

Orders and payment

Review the product description, pattern sizes, language information and total price before placing your order. The checkout displays the available payment methods and your final total before you confirm payment. Orders are processed after successful payment.

Delivery and language support

The English PDF is available immediately after successful payment through the delivery email and order page. You need a device and an application that can open PDF files.

Other language versions are available free on request after purchase. Use the private “Message us” chat on our store or email yanapatternstudio@gmail.com. Include your order number, preferred language and either a product link, product photo or screenshot. The translated PDF is sent by email. These versions are prepared separately and are not part of instant delivery.

Withdrawals, refunds and faulty files

Our refund policy explains withdrawal rights and help with missing, faulty or incorrectly described files. Downloading a PDF does not, by itself, remove your applicable withdrawal rights. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
