Knit a softly oversized top with a wide boat neckline, dropped shoulders and loose short sleeves. A nine-stitch braided cable framed by purl stitches adds texture, while garter-stitch edges give the relaxed silhouette a simple finish.
The front and back are worked flat from the bottom up and seamed. Sleeve stitches are picked up and worked flat downwards before the sleeve and side seams are completed.
Sizes and fit
Seven sizes are included: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. This is a relaxed, oversized design. Choose your size by comparing the finished bust measurement with your own bust and the amount of ease you prefer.

Skill level
Intermediate. You should be comfortable working cables, following shaping instructions, picking up stitches and seaming knitted pieces. The pattern includes written instructions and an English cable chart.
Yarn and tools
Work with two yarns held together: bulky-weight yarn A, approximately 100 m per 100 g, and laceweight mohair-silk yarn B, approximately 210 m per 25 g.
For sizes XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL):
Yarn A: 370 (410, 460, 510, 570, 620, 670) m.
Yarn B: 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4) balls of 25 g.
Main needles: 8 mm / US 11, or the size needed to obtain gauge. Optional 7 mm needles may be used for the bands.
Blocked gauge: 12 stitches and 16 rows per 10 cm in stockinette with both yarns held together.
You will also need a cable needle, stitch markers and a tapestry needle for finishing.
